  23. The sale and distribution of third party episodes which work with this
  24. shareware version is prohibited and violates the copyright of this game.
  25. Distribution of such episodes would be in direct competition with our own.

  27. Anyone wishing to produce or distribute third party episodes for the
  28. registered version of the game may do so provided the following points
  29. are made clear to customers:

  31. 1.  The registered version of the game is required.
  32. 2.  The episodes are not connected with David P. Gray.
  33. 3.  No technical support is provided by David P. Gray.

  35. Please note that no technical assistance or toolkit is available from

  43. This is the first of three episodes.  Episode ONE is shareware.  The other
  44. TWO episodes are not.  The final two episodes must be purchased directly
  45. from David P. Gray.  Do not distribute episodes TWO and THREE.

  47. As the exclusive copyright holder for this software David P. Gray authorizes
  48. distribution only in accordance with the following restrictions:

  50. *   This software package and all related program files and documentation
  51.     files, including VENDOR.DOC, LICENSE.TXT and ORDER.TXT may *not* be
  52.     modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete package.  Disk
  53.     vendors may add their own batch/documentation files for the purpose of
  54.     user installation.

  56. *   No price or other compensation may be charged for this software package.
  57.     A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping
  58.     and handling as long as the total does not exceed US$6.00 in the U.S. and
